- ALL OF THOSE??? So basically I can't play in the week. Great.

Big Brother 11: Shadowed Forest
In BB11, Mars went into the game with three rules for himself: lay low, find one ally to trust (Sena), and win competitions only when absolutely necessary, and this is exactly what he did. Mars was positioned in a way where he was almost never even considered a threat the entire game, and he was able to ride out the game playing both sides with ease. He wasn't thrust into the spotlight until the live double eviction, where Nick chose to pawn him as a renominee, but due to Gray’s curse he was still safe even then. Having been given a curse that made him not play an entire week, he had to use it at the perfect time, and that he did. He applied it on the last week possible at the final 4, and even though he had no real safety, he was never in danger of going home there. At the finale, much of the jury saw him as a non-player, but his answers to their questions changed some of their minds and he won out in a 4-3 vote, becoming the first person to win the game without winning a single HOH competition.

Note: 1 Mars received a Memento disadvantage that prevented him from playing in a week's worth of competitions, also losing their vote that week. This disadvantage was not used in the earlier weeks, so it was automatically triggered on week 9 as the last week it was allowed in play.

Big Brother 12: Beach
In BB12, Mars's game started off very rocky. They found a place in the Don't get 12th to 10th group with the other winners Ephemera and Hermes, as well as forming an opposite alliance with Scattered. After surviving week 2 by winning the POV, Mars made their situation worse by campaigning to save Ephe from being backdoored, being the only vocal opposition to the move. Throughout weeks 4 and 5, though, Mars managed to build a resume appealing to the HOHs: forming an alliance with Flour when he realized he was going to win HOH, and completely hijacking Anna's HOH and getting her to turn on Draskk. However, once Hermes turned on him and sent his ally Scattered home, he began to play from behind again. Though Hermes managed to placate Mars once again, it was only to his detriment, as it lead to Mars being manipulated into letting Ephe go, and Anna's demise followed while he and Hermes were in the Quiet Quarters. Mars continued trying to mix up the game, arguing to Hermes that Senkun was untrustworthy and needed to go, but Mars's attempts were in vain. After getting through week 7 with the POV, Mars failed to secure a competition win in week 8, and after multiple complications with production, chose to walk from the game.
